Return and Replacement Policy
We at Shantala are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, in case you face any issues, please refer to our return and replacement guidelines below:
Eligibility for Return or Replacement :
Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with the price tag and packaging intact.
Custom tailoring orders, including fall, pico, or edging, are not eligible for return or cancellation.
We do not accept returns for products damaged due to customer mishandling.
Return Process:
Unboxing video is mandatory: To claim any return or damage, please record a full unboxing video from the moment the seal is broken till the product is fully opened. This video should be continuous, unedited, and without filters.
