Return and Replacement Policy

We at Shantala are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, in case you face any issues, please refer to our return and replacement guidelines below:

Eligibility for Return or Replacement :

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with the price tag and packaging intact.

  • Custom tailoring orders, including fall, pico, or edging, are not eligible for return or cancellation.

  • We do not accept returns for products damaged due to customer mishandling.

Return Process:

Unboxing video is mandatory: To claim any return or damage, please record a full unboxing video from the moment the seal is broken till the product is fully opened. This video should be continuous, unedited, and without filters.

  • Order ID

  • Return reason

  • Unboxing video

  • Photos of the product, price tag, and packaging

Our support team will review your request and approve it if it meets the policy criteria.
